This program was challenging, but not too challenging. I improved my general strength and my core strength. I think because of this program I will be better prepared for my sport. If I could do more of anything, it would be the chin-ups and pull-ups, because the machine was a lot of fun.

I really enjoyed the weight training program. I thought it was challenging and I did improve my core and general strength, and I have become more fit. I will definitely be more prepared for my sport of baseball because of all those great wrist and grip exercises. This program was great for me because I think that it was the perfect combination of strength and agility exercises.

This program was challenging to me because I'm a little overweight. I needed to lose weight because I don't like being fat. I even got paid by my parents for losing weight. I worked hard every day to lose body fat and I did improve my fitness.

I felt that this program was challenging. I improved my upper body and my core strength. This program helped me for any sport. The things we did, such as the ladder drills, taught me how to be quick on my feet. This program also taught me that practice makes perfect. At the beginning, I could barely do any of the ladder drills, but toward the end I was able to do them much faster and better. I wish we had more time for this program, but with the time we did have, we did a lot of things and I feel much more prepared for my sport.

The program was challenging to me because I'm not used to lifting weights, so I tried my hardest. It was also challenging to me because I wanted to give it my all and I met my goal. I improved my general strength because I can lift more than I did. It was hard, but I'm glad I put myself to the challenge. I know I will be better prepared for soccer because I improved my leg strength so I can run a lot more and faster. My goal wasn't to improve my physical fitness; my goal was to believe in myself that I will never give up. I did improve my physical fitness. I'm glad of what we did and how much we did. I worked on all of my body and that will make me more fit.

This program was challenging, beneficial, and fun. Not only did we challenge our core strength, but we also benefited our strength and gained muscle. We got to work with medicine balls, punching bags, and weights. I also achieved my goal of gaining muscle weight. But, what was most important was our instructor, Mr. M…He encouraged us, challenged us, and made us have fun, and he also pushed us to do better and do the best you can.

The program gave me a good workout every time. It was very challenging. I improved my strength a lot, especially leg strength. I think I will be much better prepared for football. I would have liked to play more of that fun game with the black rope. It was a very good program and it helped me a lot.

This program helped me become stronger both physically and mentally. I now can exercise and get along with more people, and have fun socializing while getting in shape. This program was challenging at times, but not to challenging enough for me to quit. I am now stronger in all areas of my body, and I hope to go out for the volleyball team next year.

This class was excellent! I had a lot of fun, and learned a lot in this class. This program was challenging, but at a good level. I think that I improved my general strength and my core strength. I think that I will be better prepared for baseball season because I have better reactions, and I am quicker with my feet. My level of physical fitness did improve a lot. I am now more motivated to improve my run times and get a better court in racquetball. I would have liked to do more of the banc jumping exercises. My favorite exercise was the ladders because they were challenging and fun at the same time. I would like to go through this program again if I had the chance. This program was challenging because when you would do well on a certain weight, you have to increase the weight. I improved my strength big time! I also improved core strength. I will be better prepared for my sport, basketball. My goal was to be stronger and faster, and I improved. My favorite exercise was the dumb bell press.

I think the program was very good. I did improve my general and core strength. There was a lot of things I liked doing. One is the ladder drills that we did. My feet got faster.
